Steven’s transactional practice focuses on corporate and intellectual property law matters, internet law, international mergers and acquisitions, structuring complex transactions, technology transfer and represents individuals and small and mid-size companies in immigration and naturalization matters.

Steven has published a number of articles on startup law issues and is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education programs. Steven is a member of the New York and New Jersey bars, the French American Chamber of Commerce, the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Steven obtained his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with concentrations in corporate and intellectual property law.

Steven represents clients throughout the United States for copyright, trademark and immigration legal matters. He manages an experienced team of economists, CPAs, marketing analysts, tax and real estate attorneys with whom he has built close relationships. Born and raised in Paris, France, he is fluent in French and English.
